The investigation into sexual-battery allegations against Seal has been dropped, TMZ reports. Last month, actress Tracey Birdsall accused the singer of groping her at his home in fall 2016, when the two were neighbors, which Seal denied. According to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office rejected the case due to lack of evidence and witnesses, as well as the statute of limitations running out. Seal will not be criminally charged.
