True to form, The Americans ended as it began: desolate as all heck. But behind the scenes, the late TV series was apparently far, far more fun to make that it might seem. As proof of that, we’ve got the blooper reel from the show’s sixth season, which is out on DVD today, October 23. In it, you can see Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell’s desperate attempts to stay as dour as possible in the face of car trouble, and a bit of elevator comedy from the real star of the show, the mail robot.
