Meet the new boy Lara Jean loved before. Per EW, Jordan Fisher (a.k.a. Hot Mark on Rent: Live) will be playing John Ambrose McClaren in the sequel to last summer’s breakout rom-com To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before. John Ambrose, in case you forgot amidst all the attention on Peter Kavinsky, is a guy Lara Jean had a crush on from Model U.N., and he showed up on her doorstep at the end of the movie with one of the letters she’d written to each of her crushes. In the first movie, Jordan Burtchett played John Ambrose, but apparently he’s been brushed aside for a bigger name in the sequel. After all, in Jenny Han’s second book, P.S. I Still Love You, John Ambrose plays a much larger role. Noah Centineo, good luck going up against this triple threat.
