We will not be teased by a delightful Canadian any longer! After leaving us two bubblegum crumbs of songs and a technicolor dream of a music video to satiate the appetite of any cat lover, Carly Rae Jepsen confirmed today that a new album will be here very, very soon. Specifically, her fourth studio album, Dedicated, will be released on May 19, which will conveniently lead to a nationwide summer tour to fulfill your Summer of Carly fantasies. The last time we got a new Jepsen album was back in the simpler times of 2015, and she teased her work in progress with Vulture about a year ago. “I have my own little game plan, but life’s a mystery,” she said at the time. Welcome back, queen!
