Jeff Fowler, the director of Sonic the Hedgehog, has heard your plaintive cries and has promised to right that which is currently so, so wrong. “The message is loud and clear,” he tweeted Thursday afternoon, “you aren’t happy with the design & you want changes. It’s going to happen.” After Sonic came under attack for his legs, eyes, and teeth (TEETH!), Fowler promised that Paramount and Sega are “fully committed” to making everyone’s favorite hedgehog with attitude more look-at-able. No specifics have been released about how Sonic will be changed, but Twitter user Edward Pun’s edit of a still from the original trailer has gotten a lot of positive fan feedback. Now all they need to do is make Jim Carrey’s Dr. Robotnik thick and we got ourselves a movie!
