Your favorite creepy toy from the Conjuring universe is back, baby! We all know about Ed and Lorraine Warren, real-life paranormal investigators played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. They fight demons that opportunistically possess all manner of worldly possessions, and every time a demon is vanquished, the Warrens take the toy home to their IP museum. In Annabelle Comes Home, a foolish teen babysitter goes snooping around Ed and Lorraine’s Spooky Room of Bad Stuff and unleashes Annabelle, who we learn from this new trailer is a “beacon for other spirits.” The demon doll then builds a team of demonic tchotchkes like a tiny porcelain Danny Ocean, and it’s up to the Warrens’ daughter to set right what’s wrong and keep these highly lucrative movies going. Annabelle Comes Home comes to theaters June 26.
