HBO’s wonderful new comedy, Los Espookys, isn’t crossing over to the afterlife anytime soon. According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO has handed out a season-two renewal to the Spanish-language (and cleverly subtitled) series, which wrapped up its debut six-episode season earlier this month. The show, which is produced by Lorne Michaels, stars co-creators Julio Torres, Ana Fabrega, and Fred Armisen alongside Bernardo Velasco and Cassandra Ciangherotti. Torres and Fabrega shared news of the renewal on Twitter last night, with Fabrega referencing another breakout HBO show:
