Have no fear that Liza & Co. will abandon you, Younger will indeed return for a seventh season. TV Land announced the news today, while the series is in the middle of its sixth season, where it continues to be a solid ratings hit, being the top cable sitcom among women 25 to 54 and 18 to 49. Younger was created by Darren Star, who’s also working on another comedy, Emily in Paris, for the Paramount Network, also owned by Viacom. The series stars Sutton Foster as Liza Miller, who pretended to be a millennial to get a job, but by this point has told (almost) everyone her secret, as well as Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Nico Tortorella, Peter Hermann, Molly Bernard and Charles Michael Davis. It also has employed nearly every theater actor in New York City as a guest star, so if nothing else, we must thank it for supporting the arts.
