Fetty Wap was arrested on Sunday morning after allegedly assaulting three hotel employees in Las Vegas. Per the Associated Press, the rapper, born Willie Maxwell, punched a parking attendant at the Mirage Hotel and Casino after a lengthy verbal disagreement and proceeded to tell police that he “committed a battery” on two other employees. He’s currently being charged with three misdemeanor counts of battery and will be required to make a court appearance in the city in October. Maxwell was previously arrested in 2017 and charged with a DUI after police pulled him over in New York City for drag racing with another vehicle. He pleaded guilty and avoided jail time.
