Taylor Swift will lord over season 17 of The Voice. In addition to the core four mentors on the show — Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Blake Shelton, and Gwen Stefani — Swift will serve as a “mega mentor,” which sounds essentially like she will be coaching everyone at some point, with an emphasis on their Knockout Round numbers. “Swift will be on-hand to work with all four coaches and their teams to provide feedback, suggestions, and praise as the artists prepare for their performances,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. This will be a return engagement for the Lover singer-songwriter, having previously dabbled in mega mentorship for season seven. She also dropped by to perform “ME!” with Brendon Urie at the end of season 16. Swift season continues apace.
