Dogs Review Cats

Critics have not been entirely kind to Tom Hooper’s movie adaptation of the musical Cats. And even the musical’s original fans are finding themselves, shall we say, disturbed. But now the season’s biggest musical event faces its toughest audience of critics yet: a bunch of dogs we found. These good doggos, both chonky and smol, all have some very hot takes when it comes to Hooper’s vision, and the existence of cats in general. And before you start getting all bothered by how we pulled this off, ask yourself: Did you bring this level of scrutiny to Homeward Bound? No, you accepted that you could hear animals talk and then you continued living your life. All we’re asking of you this Christmas is that you do the same for us.
